WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0in one omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient God revealed to man in three distinct persons, namely the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0that Jesus is the Son of God. He came to Earth in the flesh, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died to pay for the sins of humanity, rose to life eternal, and will, one day, return to earth to be with His people. Eternal salvation comes only through His name.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0that all people are made in the image of God. All human life is sacred, and the innocent should be defended.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong> that the Christian life should result in one becoming a disciple of Christ. A believer should follow the morals and conduct of the New Testament scriptures. A Christian\u2019s character should reflect the fruit of the Holy Spirit, namely: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0in the unity of believers, and that we should live in harmony with all men where possible, especially with Christians \u2013 those in the household of faith.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0in caring for widows, orphans, and the poor with compassion and practical aid.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0in the ordinances of the New Testament and the sacraments of the Christian Church including: believer\u2019s baptism, celebration of the Lord\u2019s supper, study of the apostle\u2019s doctrine, prayer, worship, fellowship with God\u2019s people, miraculous signs and wonders, and we hold marriage as holy unto the Lord.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0in the bodily resurrection of the dead. Those who receive God\u2019s grace will live with Him eternally, but the wicked will suffer in hell.<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/p>\r\n

WE BELIEVE<\/strong>\u00a0that God judges people in this life as well as in eternity. A person is saved only by God\u2019s grace and not by works, but his behavior in this life will determine his eternal rewards.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Although this is not intended to be an exhaustive statement of all that we believe, it does aim to express our belief in the elementary truths that have provided the foundation for the true Christian faith from its origin through to this present day.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
